No Call/ No Show Policy
Sometimes surprises happen! If you have an appointment scheduled with us for your pet’s grooming and need to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to a client from our wait list.
If you are unable to give more than 24 hours notice, this is considered a “no show” and is subject to our No call/ No Show policy as follows:
• First time- No penalty.
• Second time- No penalty.
• Third and subsequent occurrences: A deposit equal to half the cost of grooming will be required to schedule future appointments.
Please note: Appointments will be automatically canceled if you are 20 minutes late without prior notice.
